Hello Monday! Smoothie recipes for the week

Hi guys! Happy Monday!

So I came across a smoothie menu this weekend and I decided to share the recipes with you guys (Aren’t I the bestest??? 😀 )

I’ve put up 7 smoothie recipes to help spice up your week. Thank me later!

1. Pina Colada:

3/4 cup fresh pineapple, diced
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 banana

2. Tropical Smoothie:

3/4 cup Orange juice
1 Banana
1 cup Pineapple
3/4 cup Coconut
2 tablespoon Lime Juice.

3. classic Banana smoothie:

1/2 cup Yogurt
1 Banana
3/4 cup Strawberry

4. Avocado Smoothie

1/2 Avocado
1/2 Pawpaw
3/4 cup Yogurt
1 tablespoon honey

5. Mad Mango Smoothie

3 Mango
1 peach
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 ginger

6. Apple Smoothie

1/2 cup apple juice
3/4 cup diced apple; peeled or unpeeled
3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 banana; sliced
Pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg

1 Apple
3/4 Almond
3/4 cup Milk
3/4 cup Yogurt
1 tablespoon Honey
